Overview

From design to finished part — true to size.

Two technologies, one line: fiber laser cutting and surface marking for metal work (around ±0.1 mm), and CNC router cutting and milling for acrylic, wood, MDF and composite sheets (around ±0.2–0.3 mm). Every job first becomes a vector production file; the dimension on the drawing is matched exactly in the cut part. From a single prototype to series production, true to size and repeatable.

01 / Design & File

The right drawing first

The job is turned into a dimensioned vector production file with closed contours; the material type and thickness are confirmed. In cutting, the result begins with the accuracy in the file — the right drawing is half of the right part.

02 / Laser or CNC

The material decides the method

Metal work is cut on the fiber laser and, if needed, a logo/serial number is marked onto the surface. Sheets such as acrylic, wood, MDF, ACM and PVC are cut or milled with the CNC router. Every material is processed with the method that suits it.

03 / Finishing & Delivery

Deburring, bending, inspection

After cutting, burrs are removed, bending and assembly preparation are done if needed, and dimensions and contours are checked. The part is delivered not on its own but ready to use.

Sub-Services

From metal to sheet — precision cutting.

01

Fiber Laser Metal Cutting

Cutting of steel, sheet metal, stainless and aluminium. A thin, clean edge with a narrow kerf and around ±0.1 mm tolerance; from sign letters to industrial parts.

02

Fiber Laser Marking

A permanent logo, serial number or barcode on a metal surface. Not paint, but a mark engraved into the surface — it won't rub off or fade.

03

CNC Router Cutting & Milling

Cutting and milling of acrylic, wood, MDF, ACM and PVC. ±0.2–0.3 mm precision on sheet materials; for patterned and dimensional work.

04

Channel Letter Body Cutting

For channel letters, the metal body is cut with the fiber laser and the acrylic face with the CNC. Two materials are prepared on one line and delivered ready for assembly.

05

Decorative Panel & Partition

CNC-patterned wood, MDF or composite panels and partitions. For room dividers, façades and interior design details.

06

Industrial & Accessory Parts

Cutting of repeating metal parts and accessories; logo/serial number marking if needed. From sample approval to series production.

07

Models, Stands & Exhibition

Trade show stands, exhibition elements and model parts. Light, portable, clean workmanship with acrylic and wood cutting.

08

Promotional & Gift Marking

Laser marking on metal promotional and gift items; corporate logos and personalization.

09

Project-Based Contract Cutting

Contract cutting and marking jobs with suitable material, dimensions and quantity are taken on according to the production schedule. Share your file, and let's look at it together.

Material & Technology

Which material, which machine.

The right result starts with the machine that suits the material. We process metal work on the fiber laser and sheet materials on the CNC router; tolerance varies with material type, thickness and geometry.

Fiber Laser — Metal

A narrow kerf and around ±0.1 mm tolerance when cutting steel, sheet metal, stainless and aluminium. A thin, clean edge; the foundation of sign letters and industrial parts.

CNC Router — Sheet

Cutting and milling of acrylic, wood, MDF, ACM and PVC. ±0.2–0.3 mm precision on sheet materials; for patterned panels and dimensional work.

Fiber Laser Marking

A permanent logo, serial number or barcode on a metal surface. Not paint, but a permanent mark engraved into the surface — it won't rub off or fade.

Materials We Cut

Metal: steel, sheet metal, stainless, aluminium (fiber laser). Sheet: acrylic, wood, MDF, ACM, PVC (CNC). Every material with the method that suits it.

Tolerance & Precision

Around ±0.1 mm on the fiber laser, around ±0.2–0.3 mm on the CNC. The exact figure varies with material type, thickness and geometry — we don't quote numbers off the cuff.

Design → Production File

Every job becomes a vector file (DXF/AI/EPS). Closed contours and clear dimensions; quality in production begins with accuracy in the file.

Production Process

A five-step, dimension-approved process.

Step 01

Design & Production File

The job is turned into a dimensioned vector file with closed contours (DXF/AI/EPS). The material and thickness are set; if your file isn't suitable, it is made production-ready.

Step 02 Critical

Dimension & File Approval

A cut part cannot be undone; that's why dimensions, contours and material are clarified and approved on the file. For production runs, a sample part is produced first if needed. We don't start a production cut without approval.

Step 03

Cutting / Marking

Metal work is cut with the fiber laser and marked if needed; acrylic, wood and composite sheets are cut or milled with the CNC router.

Step 04

Finishing

Deburring and, if needed, bending and assembly preparation are carried out. The part is made ready not on its own but for use/assembly.

Step 05

Quality Control & Delivery

Dimensions, contours and surface are checked, and the part is delivered. On production runs, every part passes the same standard.

Technical Specifications

Clear material, clear tolerance.

The two questions asked most often in cutting are how each material is cut and what the tolerance is. Instead of leaving either one vague, we clearly state which job is done on which machine and at what precision.

Typical Project Scenarios

Three different jobs, three different cutting plans.

Scenario A

Sign Letter Set

For a sign, the metal channel letter bodies are cut with the fiber laser and the acrylic faces with the CNC. Two materials are prepared on one line and delivered ready for assembly.

Scenario B

Industrial Part & Accessory

A company's repeating metal parts: steel/aluminium cutting and logo/serial number marking if needed. A sample is approved first, then the run is cut.

Scenario C

Decorative Panel / Partition

A CNC-patterned wood, MDF or composite panel/partition for a space. The design is converted to vector, cut true to size and delivered.

FAQ

Service-specific answers.

Our fiber laser is for metal cutting and marking. Sheet materials such as acrylic, wood, MDF, ACM and PVC are cut or milled with the CNC router. In other words, every material is processed with the method that suits it: metal on the laser, sheet stock on the CNC.
Around ±0.1 mm for metal cutting on the fiber laser, and roughly ±0.2–0.3 mm on the CNC router. The exact figure depends on the material type, thickness and the geometry of the job; we don't quote a single number off the top of our heads.
Both. We work from a single prototype part all the way to series production. If the production file is ready, a single piece comes out quickly too; for production runs, consistency is delivered by the machine.
A vector file for cutting: preferably DXF; also AI, EPS or scaled PDF. Dimensions must be clear and in closed vector contours. If your file isn't suitable, we make it production-ready.
We evaluate it on a project basis. We take on contract cutting or marking jobs with suitable material, dimensions and quantity according to our production schedule; share your file and the details of the job, and let's look at it together.
