Overview

From strategy to delivery — under a single system.

A brand begins with strategy before a single logo is drawn. Once the brand platform is clear, the logo, typography and color system are established; then they are carried into print, digital, 3D and motion applications. For every delivery item, both the final-use file and the editable source file are provided — so the brand does not fall apart over time and stays consistent. All production runs under the same contract and the same hand.

01 / Strategy & Positioning

The right framework first

Before a logo is drawn, the brand platform is built: promise, personality, tone, target audience, competitor map and areas of differentiation. This strategic framework is the foundation of every design decision that follows.

02 / Logo & System

Building the identity

The logo selected from three concept directions is established with horizontal, vertical, monogram and monochrome variations. The typography and color system (Pantone + CMYK + RGB + HEX) is defined consistently across print and digital.

03 / Guidelines & Delivery

The guarantee of consistency

A 25–40 page brand usage guideline is compiled and all source files are packaged. Copyright is transferred to the brand by contract; even as the brand is carried into other applications later, it grows without falling apart.

Design Process

Five steps, the critical decision right at the start.

Step 01

Brief & Discovery

The current situation, target audience, competitors and expectation framework are defined. The foundation of the project is built through Q&A and document gathering. (3–5 days)

Step 02 Critical

Strategy & Positioning

The brand platform, promise, tone and areas of differentiation are clarified. This step is the foundation of every design decision that follows; if the strategy is incomplete, the next four steps also change direction, increasing time and cost. (1–2 weeks)

Step 03

Concept & Direction

Three different logo directions and color and typography trials are prepared. The direction is finalized through presentation, client selection and revision rounds. (1–2 weeks)

Step 04

System & Application

The selected concept is built across all applications: print, digital, social, 3D and motion. The brand spreads from a single concept to all touchpoints. (2–3 weeks)

Step 05

Guidelines & Delivery

The brand book is compiled, all source files are packaged and the brand guide is delivered. Copyright is transferred to the brand by contract. (3–5 days)

Delivery Standards

Which item, which format, which source.

All delivery items are added to the contract. Source files are transferred on behalf of the brand, and font licenses are documented separately. We clearly state which item comes in which format and with which source file.

In the Field

The real thing.

A glimpse from the real-world applications of the brands we have built.

Typical Project Scenarios

Three different scopes, three different timelines.

Scenario A

Build from Scratch

The ground-up build of a newly founded company or one with no brand infrastructure. Strategy + logo + system + guidelines + first application set in a single package. Scope: full package — 6–10 weeks.

Scenario B

Brand Renewal (Rebrand)

Carrying an existing brand into an up-to-date identity. Includes a transition plan from the old system to the new one — signage, print stock and digital assets are updated gradually. Renewal + transition — 4–8 weeks.

Scenario C

Parent + Sub-Brand Architecture

Establishing product or service brands under the main brand. Our own structure is an example: İnovatech Group → Inoventra Studio → Novaprom. Parent + 1–3 sub-brands — 10–16 weeks.

FAQ

Service-specific answers.

Both are possible. If preferred, only the logo and its variations are designed; or, if preferred, the entire identity — strategy, logo, typography–color system, print and digital applications, 3D and motion graphics — is established under a single contract. Each item is delivered separately or as an integrated package.
A 25–40 page PDF booklet: logo rules and prohibited uses, color palette (Pantone + CMYK + RGB + HEX), typography system, dark/light background rules and photo–graphic language. It is the reference document that keeps the brand consistent over the long term; print and screen versions are provided together.
Yes. The copyright of the original design outputs is transferred to the brand by contract, and editable source files (AI, PSD/Figma, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) are delivered. If third-party fonts, stock visuals or music are used, the license type and duration are also specified separately in the contract.
A typical identity project takes 5–8 weeks from brief to guideline delivery. A full build from scratch takes 6–10 weeks, renewing an existing brand (rebrand) 4–8 weeks, and parent + sub-brand architecture can extend up to 10–16 weeks. The exact duration is finalized according to scope at the proposal stage.
Yes. We produce product, store, signage and packaging 3D modeling with photorealistic rendering (OBJ/FBX/GLB model, 4K render, 360° turntable) and motion graphics/VFX work such as logo intros, short social videos and promotional film graphics under the same identity framework; we deliver them together with the source project files.

A new brand, or an existing brand falling apart?

Share your existing materials (if any) and your goals; let's discuss together whether you need a build from scratch, a renewal or brand architecture. The scope, delivery items and timeline are written in the proposal.
