03 · Flag & Textile Printing

Color penetrates into the fabric.

In sublimation the print does not stick to the fabric surface, it penetrates into the fiber — it does not fade, crack or wash out. From pole, desk and table flags to pennants and fabric banners, we do sublimation in our own workshop.

Overview

From design to delivery — all in one place.

We do sublimation, digital textile and solvent printing in our own workshop. Finishing such as cutting, stitching, pole sleeves and eyelets is also completed in-house. That is why color and timeline stay under control without depending on an intermediate supplier — when color is critical, approval is taken before printing, because in sublimation the color penetrates permanently into the fabric.

01 / Fabric & Design

The right fabric, the right print

The fabric is chosen according to where the job will be used: raschel for a pole flag that needs to wave, satin for desk and table flags. The design file is prepared with a color profile suited to sublimation; for logo flags, a reference (Pantone/CMYK) is taken for the brand colors.

02 / Sublimation & Printing

Color inside the fiber

In sublimation the ink turns into gas with heat and penetrates into the fabric; the print does not stick to the surface, it becomes part of the weave. The result does not fade, crack or wash out. It is applied to polyester, cotton and blended fabrics; for different jobs, digital textile and solvent printing are also in play.

03 / Garment Making & Delivery

Stitching, pole sleeve, eyelet

The print is not left on its own: finishing such as edge stitching, pole sleeves, eyelets and fringes on desk flags is applied. The flag, pennant or fabric banner is delivered ready to use — ready to hang.

Material & Technology

Which job, which fabric and technology.

It starts with the right flag, the right fabric and the right printing method. Because we do sublimation in our own workshop, we control the result from start to finish; durability varies depending on the fabric used and where it is applied.

Raschel Fabric

A flag fabric that waves well in the wind thanks to its light, breathable weave. The foundation of outdoor pole flags.

Satin Fabric

A glossy, heavy fabric that stands upright. For desk and table flags, protocol and ceremony applications; suitable for double-layer stitching and fringed finishing.

Sublimation Printing

Color penetrates into the fabric with heat. Because it does not stick to the surface, it does not scrape off, crack or wash out; a lasting result on flags and textiles.

Digital Textile Printing

Digital printing for fabric jobs beyond sublimation. A crisp result on detailed, multicolor visuals; fabric banner and backdrop applications.

Solvent / Vinyl Pennant

Solvent printing for vinyl pennants and durable outdoor pennant applications. Preferred for street decoration and long-term promotion.

Garment Making & Finishing

Edge stitching, pole sleeve, eyelet and fringe workmanship. The final stage that turns the print into a ready-to-use flag, pennant or banner.

Production Process

A five-step, color-approved process.

Step 01

Design & Fabric Selection

The fabric is chosen according to where it will be used (raschel / satin) and the design is prepared with a color profile suited to sublimation. For logo flags, a reference (Pantone/CMYK) is taken for the brand colors.

Step 02 Critical

Color & Sublimation Proof

The real risk is managed here: in sublimation the color penetrates permanently into the fabric, and a printed job cannot be undone. For color-critical jobs a proof is taken and your approval is awaited. Mass production does not start without approval — it is solved at approval, not as a surprise at delivery.

Step 03

Sublimation / Textile Printing

Sublimation, digital textile or solvent printing is done depending on the type of job. The sublimation transfer is applied in our own workshop; the print setting is determined according to the fabric.

Step 04

Garment Making & Finishing

Cutting, edge stitching, pole sleeve, eyelet and, where needed, fringe workmanship is done. The flag, pennant or banner is made ready to hang/use.

Step 05

Quality Control & Delivery

Color, dimensions, stitching and finishing are checked, and the job is delivered. Single piece or batch — every order goes through the same control.

Technical Specifications

Clear fabric, clear commitment.

The two most common concerns in flag and textile printing are color difference and durability. Rather than leaving both up in the air, we clearly state which fabric and technology is used for which job and what depends on what.

Typical Project Scenarios

Three different jobs, three different production plans.

Scenario A

Corporate Pole Flag Set

A company's logo pole flags: sublimation on raschel fabric, with pole sleeve and eyelets. Pre-print approval is taken for the brand color, and it is delivered as a set with fabric suited to waving.

Scenario B

Protocol & Desk Flag Set

A satin desk flag and table flag set for office and ceremony. Double-layer stitched, with fringed finishing on request; produced so that both sides read correctly.

Scenario C

Event & Fair Textile

An event that needs to be delivered in a short time: pennants, fabric backdrop and corporate t-shirts together. On-time and complete delivery is the priority — the event date is not postponed.

FAQ

Service-specific answers.

In sublimation, the color penetrates into the fiber rather than sitting on the fabric surface. That is why it does not scrape off, crack or run in the wash; it is significantly more durable than prints that bond to the surface. Some color fading over time is seen with every technology on outdoor flags exposed to constant sunlight; we recommend the right fabric for your usage.
It depends on where it will be used. Raschel is preferred for pole flags that need to wave outdoors; satin is preferred for desk and table flags used in protocol and ceremonies that need to be glossy and stand upright. We determine the right fabric together based on your intended use.
Yes. There is no minimum quantity requirement in sublimation and digital textile printing; a single logo pole flag, desk flag or pennant can be produced. The unit cost rises at low quantities; we determine the suitable quantity together.
We apply sublimation printing to polyester, cotton and blended fabrics. We determine the most suitable print setting based on the fabric type and the intended use of the job; for color-critical work a proof is taken before printing.
On raschel fabric the print largely shows through to the back; the image reads in reverse on the back side. For desk and table flags where both sides should read correctly, double-layer stitched production is used. We clarify which method is right for which use before the order.
