04 · Vehicle Wrapping

The vehicle changes, the paint stays.

From advertising and fleet branding to full color change — vehicle wrapping with cast film. The original paint stays protected underneath; with proper application, the film can be removed without damaging the paint.

Overview

From design to application — end to end.

Two jobs in one: logo advertising branding for commercial and fleet vehicles, and color-change wraps that completely transform a vehicle's appearance. Design, printing, lamination, cutting and application run as a single line; the original paint stays protected underneath, and with proper application the film can be removed without damage. With fleets, the point is not a single vehicle but a brand that looks the same on every one.

01 / Design & Measurement

Vehicle-specific layout

The vehicle's model and dimensions are recorded; the design is built around the vehicle's surface with attention to brand colors and readability. In fleet branding, keeping the same design consistent on every vehicle is planned from the start.

02 / Printing & Film

Advertising or color change

For advertising/fleet branding, the design is printed with solvent printing and protected with lamination. For a color change, colored/textured cast film is used instead of printing — with options such as matte, gloss, satin and metallic. The film brand is chosen to suit the job.

03 / Application & Delivery

Surface, application, inspection

The life of a wrap is determined during surface preparation: the surface is cleaned, the film is applied bubble-free and taut, and edges and curves are set in place. After inspection the vehicle is delivered; on request, old film is removed and renewed.

Sub-Services

From advertising to color change — every kind of wrap.

01

Commercial & Fleet Branding

Full corporate branding for vans, light trucks and fleet vehicles. Printing + lamination; the vehicle becomes a moving advertising billboard on the road.

02

Color Change — Full Vehicle

A whole-vehicle new color with cast film, without changing the original paint. Matte, gloss, satin, metallic and textured options.

03

Logo Advertising Wrap (Partial)

Partial branding for advertising purposes: logo, contact details and campaign visuals on doors, side panels and the rear window. Visibility without wrapping the entire vehicle.

04

Part Wrapping (Aesthetic)

Part wrapping for looks: color or contrast accents on the hood, roof, mirrors and stripes. Not advertising, but an aesthetic touch.

05

Printed Film & Lamination

Solvent-printed branding film and protective lamination. Protection against scratches and the sun; so the print stays long-lasting on the road.

06

Matte / Satin / Metallic Wrap

Texture choice in a color change: matte, satin, gloss, metallic or carbon. The same vehicle, a different character — the option depends on the film brand.

07

Plotter Cutting & Contour

Precise plotter cutting of film and lettering. Logos, text and stripes are contour-cut and applied with clean, sharp edges.

08

Design & Identity Adaptation

Adapting your corporate identity to the vehicle surface. Logo, color and contact details are placed legibly and in balance on the vehicle.

09

Film Removal & Renewal

Removal and renewal of old or worn film. When the campaign changes, the vehicle is re-wrapped.

Materials & Technology

Which job, which film and method.

The right result starts with the right film and the right application. Advertising branding and a color change call for different approaches; durability varies with the chosen film brand and maintenance.

Cast Film

Thin, flexible cast film; it conforms to curved and recessed surfaces without stretching. The foundation of vehicle wrapping — long-lasting and removable.

Printing & Lamination

For advertising/fleet branding, the design is printed with solvent printing and covered with protective lamination. Outdoor life against scratches and UV fading.

Film Brands

We work with well-known brands such as 3M, Oracal, Avery and Hexis. The brand and series are chosen according to the type of job and the budget.

Color & Texture Options

Textures such as matte, gloss, satin, metallic and carbon. Available options depend on the catalog of the chosen film brand.

Surface Preparation & Application

The stage that determines the life of the wrap. The surface is cleaned, the film is applied taut and bubble-free, and the edges are set in place — the unseen but most critical part of the job.

Removability & Paint Protection

Quality cast film, with correct application and an appropriate timeframe, can be removed without damaging the original paint; and throughout, the wrap protects the paint from stone chips and the sun.

Application Process

A five-step, surface-focused process.

Step 01

Vehicle Measurement & Design

The vehicle model and dimensions are determined, and the design is built around the surface. A reference (Pantone/CMYK) is taken for the brand colors; in fleet jobs, consistency is planned from the start.

Step 02

Design & Color Approval

For branding, the design — and for a color change, the film color/texture — is presented for your approval. Especially in fleet jobs, approving a single design before moving to many vehicles makes the work safe.

Step 03

Printing & Film Preparation

For advertising branding the design is printed and laminated; for a color change the suitable cast film is selected. The film is cut and prepared according to the vehicle's parts.

Step 04 Critical

Surface Preparation & Application

The true quality of the wrap is determined here: if the surface is not cleaned thoroughly, the film will eventually lift. The surface is prepared, the film is applied bubble-free and taut, and edges and curves are set with heat. It is not a rushed job — work that is set in place correctly lasts.

Step 05

Inspection & Delivery

Edges, seams and the overall appearance are checked, and the vehicle is delivered. Care recommendations are shared; fleet vehicles go through the same quality control.

Technical Specifications

Clear film, clear commitment.

The two most common questions in vehicle wrapping are paint damage and durability. Instead of leaving either one vague, we clearly state which film is used for which job and what depends on what.

Typical Project Scenarios

Three different jobs, three different wrap plans.

Scenario A

Corporate Fleet Branding

A company's multiple vehicles: branded with the same design and consistent color and dimensions. The design is approved first, then applied to the entire fleet to the same standard — the brand looks the same on every vehicle.

Scenario B

Color Change

Changing the look of a single vehicle: a matte or satin color change with cast film. The original paint stays protected underneath; when removed later, the vehicle returns to its original color.

Scenario C

Campaign Wrap

A time-limited campaign: a partial or full wrap, to be removed at the end of the campaign. On-time application and clean removal are the priority.

FAQ

Service-specific answers.

If the factory paint is sound, the right film and proper application will not damage the paint; on the contrary, it protects the paint from stone chips and the sun. When the film is removed within a suitable period and with the correct method, the original paint remains intact underneath. On surfaces that were previously damaged, scratched or repainted, the risk during removal may increase; that is why we inspect and assess the vehicle first.
Durability depends on the film brand and type, its color, the vehicle's parking/usage conditions and maintenance. Quality cast film lasts for many years with proper care. The exact duration is stated in the quote based on the chosen film's brand warranty; we do not give vague general figures.
With a color-change wrap, the vehicle's visible color changes. Under the regulations, a color change may need to be recorded in the traffic registration/license document; this process is the vehicle owner's responsibility. We recommend confirming the current procedure with the relevant traffic registration office.
Yes. In fleet branding, the same design is applied to every vehicle with consistent dimensions and color; your brand looks the same on every vehicle. Whether it is a single vehicle or a multi-vehicle fleet, the design is approved first, then application begins.
We work with well-known film brands such as 3M, Oracal, Avery and Hexis, using cast film. The brand and series are determined together according to the type of job, the surface and the budget.
